Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, and line a baking tray with a silicone mat
- In a blender, pour in 2 cups of whole oats, 3 cups of almond flour, and a few cracks of salt. Blend until it becomes a fine powder.
- Pour the mixture in a large bowl, and pour in the remaining 1 cup of whole oats.
- Pour the water in the bowl, and knead with your hands until the water is absorbed and it becomes an even paste (as shown in the picture below)
- Grab a fistful of the dough, and press it down on the silicone mat with the palm of your hand, until it is thin - around 1/3 to 1/2 cm thick. Make sure the cracker is even in thickness throughout, or the borders might burn while the center might be soft.
- Repeat for the other crackers until the tray is full, making them however shape you want them to be. Adjust the borders of the crackers to be smooth and without cracks.
- Put the trey in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes (or until they start to slightly brown), flipping them after 15 minutes.
Serving:
Serve alongside some dips, such as a chocolate dipping sauce if you want a desert, or eat them by themselves as a filling snack.
