White Veganism

The end goal of veganism is to get as many people as possible to eliminate or (at the very least) reduce the consumption of animal products; This extends out to everybody regardless of their race, gender, religion, political views, and so on. However as with many ideas, there are always groups that try to claim veganism for their own (e.g. the ones who claim mock meats are 'Plant Based Capitalism'), or exclude other groups from veganism. An unfortunate yet relatively common phenomenon, especially now in the vocal age of the internet that has given everyone a soap box with publishing platforms such as Medium.
