INGREDIENTS:
 
 
- 1 banana
 
 
- 1/2 orange
 
 
- 1 kiwi (or another preferred medium sized fruit, like peach or apple)
 
 
- 1.5 cups of mixed berries (or berry of your choice)
 
 
- 2 tbsp wheatgrass powder (if you don't have wheatgrass powder, any other powder you have that you use, or a cup of kale)
 
 
- 1.5 cups water
 
 
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
 
 
- Blender.
 
 
PROCESS:
 
 
- Break the banana in half (for easiness of space), throw it in the blender with the orange, the peeled kiwi (or other), the 1.5 cups of berries, the 2 tbsp of wheatgrass powder (or other powder, or 1 cup kale), and add the 1.5 cups water.
 
 
- Blend and serve.
