Monthly update #8 (March, 2021) NEW VIDEO and more

Post by thebestofenergy »

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.

This month we expanded further on the recipe section, including some tasty recipes that you can find in the Index of Recipes.
Feel free to try our new vegan fish and chips and fish tacos!

We made a new video!
It goes over the main points as to how animal agriculture affects humans in a bad way, beyond just affecting the animals themselves, touching on the sustainability/environmental and health aspect of veganism vs. animal agriculture (this video is an introduction to the topic; we might make more videos explaining more in-depth each aspect discussed).
You can find it here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwrPAZ4lwAw

We started an article talking about the debate surrounding the sustainability of imported vs. locally-bought food, explaining how imported food often results in a better outcome.

We wrote a page about essential vegan kitchen accessories, going over all the needed (and suggested) accessories and appliances to start cooking plant-based whole foods on your own with ease - which could be of help to vegans (or reducitarians) that are new to cooking.
It includes affiliate links to the recommended items.

Thank you to all the people participating in the forum and making this community a more active one.
Many thanks to all the people spending their time voluntarily helping out with all sorts of projects.
And last but not least, special thanks to the people donating to Patreon and directly supporting the making of these projects at: https://www.patreon.com/philosophicalvegan

We have a lot planned, and any support helps us free up time for us to work on the Wiki and other stuff, and for future projects to happen.
