Also, this isn't taking into account the things the presidents did out of office. If it did, Herbert Hoover would be within the top 5, and John Tyler would be within the bottom 5.
Um... well... FUCK!
Explain yourself Mr. Vice President.

I did not, I repeat: NOT, put that President, Mr Tyler, on there for his treachery and cooperation with the Confederates. I put him on there... because... um...

...well...

... because... he ugly.

I'd rank some of the Presidents he ranked lowly (e.g. Teddy Roosevelt) highly for the same reasons he ranked them lowly (progressive interventionists). I agree with his viewpoint that Wilson, the KKK darling, should be ranked lowly, but nowhere near as lowly as he is ranked on this list. I would love to understand his reasons for thinking that Reagan wasn't a true conservative and that Carter was an advocate of small government, and also his reasons for ranking JFK so lowly. Also don't understand why he ranks McKinley so lowly due to Spanish-American war, which I have heard McKinley was actually very hesitant to bring America into it. Also don't know why Jefferson is ranked so lowly and completely disagree with his viewpoint that Lincoln mishandled the civil war.

Would be interesting to see where Garfield would rank on this list.

ALSO, John Tyler was an uckers sket who betrayed his country to the Confederate scum and should be nowhere near the top spot.

ALSO, John Tyler was an uckers sket who betrayed his country to the Confederate scum and should be nowhere near the top spot.
Also, I'd like to alter my rankings:

Flawless
1. James A. Garfield

Awesome
2. Franklin D. Roosevelt
3. Abraham Lincoln
4. Ulysses S. Grant
5. Thomas Jefferson
6. Jimmy Carter
7. Theodore Roosevelt
8. John F. Kennedy
9. James Madison
10. George Washington
11. Barack Obama

Near Awesome
12. John Quincy Adams (An ardent opponent of slavery but also a nutcase who joined the Anti-Masonic Party and thought that the earth was hollow, even launching a tax-payer funded expedition in an attempt to prove it)
13. William McKinley

Above Average
14. James Monroe
15. John Adams

Average
16. Rutherford B. Hayes (Did a lot to expand civil rights but also enjoyed crushing labour unions)
17. Chester A. Arthur
18. William Henry Harrison (Had the potential to be ranked a lot higher if he had only remembered to wear a coat)
19. Zachary Taylor (Opposed the expansion of slavery, but still pro-slavery)
20. Martin Van Buren (Ditto, also continued some of the bad things that his predecessor Jackson did)

Bad but did a few good things
21. Harry S. Truman (Bad: Started the Korean War; Good: Continued FDR's progressive policies, dropped the atomic bombs on Japan)
22. Lyndon B. Johnson (Bad: Expanded America's role in the Vietnam War; Good: Great Society)
23. Bill Clinton (Bad: Repealed Glass-Steagall; Good: Balanced the budget, peaceful relations with the DPRK)
24. Woodrow Wilson (Bad: Brought USA into WW1, loved the KKK; Good: Fairly good economic policies)
25. Herbert Hoover (Bad: A laissez-faire conservative; Good: Nowhere near as bad as Harding and Coolidge and tried to reverse the negative consequences of their actions, also did some good things after being President)
26. Gerald Ford (Bad: A conservative; Good: Too incompetent to have any lasting negative impact)
27. Dwight D. Eisenhower (Bad: Overthrew the democratically elected government of Mohamed Mosaddegh in Iran; Good: Did some good things for civil rights)
28. Richard Nixon (Bad: Overthrew the democratically elected government of Salvador Allende in Chile, Tried to suppress publication of the Pentagon Papers by the New York Times and Washington Post, Watergate, etc.; Good: Established the EPA, More progressive than he is given credit for)

Terrible
29. Grover Cleveland
30. Benjamin Harrison
31. James Buchanan
32. William Howard Taft
33. Millard Fillmore
34. Calvin Coolidge
35. George H. W. Bush
36. George W. Bush

Near Shit
37. Warren G. Harding (Extreme laissez-faire conservative whose administration was rife with corruption, however, he also supported the freeing of Eugene V. Debs who was imprisoned by the Wilson administration for opposing the first world war so this keeps him from falling into the "shit" category)

Shit
38. Ronald Reagan
39. Orange Man
40. John Tyler
41. Andrew Johnson
42. Andrew Jackson
43. Franklin Pierce

Irredeemable
44. James K. Polk
