Some people may be hesitant to have food from online. Can you link to your company registry or official information on a government site or which can be confirmed, and post images (in French is OK) of local health department or government documents for your food preparation?
Anything which can help assure users of hygienic food preparation and government oversight.

I think some third parties on the forum could look it up in French, and confirm it to help assure others, and more people will be willing to try it out.

Please note that the highest requirements are for meat processing activities due to bacteriological risks and please note that we are compliant for that high a level so automatically by French Law we are more than compliant for cereals based processing.

Is there a French government index of companies, which is on a government website, where we can search licensing and permit information?

And as for the other documents they are all signed and stamped very clearly by the competent french authorities. No one should believe anyone. That is why official documentation exists

But perhaps you can detail the question more clearly so that i can provide the required answer.

That being said there are official contact details on the documents and you can probably email them or call them and they can provide you direct proof and confirm to you their stamp and signature. You can even ask to speak to the Phd or Dr. who signed the documents i guess.

Since i know they are real i never tried to prove it to myself but it is a valid question and i think this is what i would do to remove any and all doubts from my mind
