Anyways, just eat heathful foods and exercise, and it won't be a concern. It's usually the calories you have to watch.

Fat, sugar, and protein are stored as fat if you do not burn them. Blood sugar is converted into fat through lipogenesis.
Calories in vs. calories out is important, the form of those calories is less so.
It is important to limit saturated fat, though; not because it makes you fat or is stored as fat more, but because it causes health problems.
