I often see this when switching through different pages on the forum. It seems to be random and quite annoying.

how often does this happen? Can you describe the scenario precisely and how it resolves?

HTML5 is tricky..
Dealing with android, windows and iphone..
Sounds like you are having cross linking problems or faulty redirect URL's...
Who hosts your mobile site?

I don't really know when it happens. It just happens on random mostly. This occurs I'd say 3/4 of the time when making posts or replying to a post.

Coding problem with your mobile site most likely a link redirecting problem, there is nothing wrong with your desktop site...

A new phone okay that makes sense, have you enabled mobile data on your new phone?
That could very well be the reason why and it may have nothing to do with his mobile site, although coding mobile website IMO is much harder than coding desktop sites, I've never successfully coded a mobile site but I haven't tried either..

Yes it's enabled but that wouldn't matter since I'm on WiFi.
