So I have three vegan cook books with a lot of recipes but, I am starting to go through the books a little to fast (And some of the recipes just don't sound good to me). So I was wonder if anyone has any suggestions in cook books. And if you are wonder what books I have they are the three by Chef Skye Michael Conroy.

I don't think any cookbook can really do it. As you said, most recipes in them aren't likely to appeal to most people. I'd just search the net for recipes and vegan conversions as you have ideas. You can find a vegan recipe for almost anything.
