Yeah, if he is outspoken about veganism, or makes clear that he is a psychopath and a sadist in debates about veganism, or something like that. Of course, the people who wouldn't want to go vegan based his personality would be making a fallacy from genetics, but unless they are made aware of that, it will damage their viewpoint of veganism, and therefore possibly the viewpoints of other people.
Hey now, that's not a bad idea...

Also, Richard Dawkins admits that eating meat isn't justifiable, and does it anyway. Does he "mirror" Christianity too?

Yes, in the sense that he knows it's irrational but does it anyway. It's also potentially hypocritical of him, since he asks people to abandon religion and come out as atheists (which for many people would be much more difficult and inconvenient than it would be for him to give up meat).

But you do have an excuse to eat meat, right? You enjoy it. If you think we humans rule this planet and animals are below us, shouldn't we also have the responsibility to take better care of those that end up in our bellies?
Enjoying a mystery meal on a wobbly bridge between Veganland and Meatland. Care to cross the bridge halfway to have lunch with me?

It's an excuse, yes, but a terrible one at that. If it were okay to harm others in favor of your own pleasure there would be nothing wrong with rape or slavery either.

Note he said justifiable reason.

Enjoying something may be the reason you do it, but that doesn't qualify as justification.

"I was late to class because I slept in" is the reason. "I slept in because I prefer sleeping to class", also a reason. Neither are valid excuses, or justifications.

"I was late to class because there was a university fire drill"; that's a valid excuse, a justification.
"I was late to class because I was detained by the police as a witness to a crime, here, I have a note."

See the difference. ;)

Also, enjoying meat isn't a rational reason to eat it, because there are many analogs that are just as delicious, and more healthy than meat -- the enjoyment itself can be obtained by other means, with fewer health and moral consequences.
