That sounds great. I love veggie stir fry. What's the sichuan sauce you use?

Hi,

I have stir fry and brown rice a lot - seems to make me feel well-balanced and satisfied. Sometimes have noodles instead...

The Szechuan sauce is just a supermarket sachet. I really should do these sauces myself but they are pretty low cost anyway.

Kale is such a great vegetable. I eat it for lunch nearly every day with brown rice, collard greens, and a bit of tofu, seasoned with vegetable bouillon and stock.
