Thanks;)
I used to take a multivitamin for vitamin D and B12, but it seems vitamin pills are actually bad for you(?)
I eat around 400g of kidney beans every day. Are there any better beans that those?
Lastly what do we know about frozen vegetables in terms of their nutrients? I think i'm still brain damaged on some of these issues due to my earlier Raw HCLF indoctrination

TL;DW black bean, lentils and kidney beans but others are also good, soybean is pretty great for health and a very good complete protein source though you can have it covered if you have soymilk. Generally also try for a variety since different plant foods have different phytonutrients, antioxidants etc so its good to have a diverse diet.
http://nutritionfacts.org/video/apples- ... diversity/ you can space it out on different days.
Multivitamins aren't great since generally you will not require the other vitamins, just D and b12; and those you probably won't get in sufficient enough dose to meet your RDA anyways. Also idk if the D in multivitamins is vegan or D3 for that matter.
So better to buy b12 and
vegan d3 separately and then supplement according to any RD's/doctor's recommendations.

It's fine. Most just go down the toilet. It could be a decent way to get extra B reasonably affordably.
DEVA makes a decent vegan multi (with OK amounts of D and B-12, and focusing a little more on vegan needs).

Black beans and lentils. Lentils are the best, but not everybody likes them.
Soy is good too. I'd eat a mix for variety.

They're fine. You don't need a whole lot of veggies, and frozen are often fresher than "fresh" since they were frozen at the peak of freshness and fresh are often weeks old.
