By the way, you were right about the cost of beans. The reason I thought they were more expensive raw was because I did not notice that the price differences were so big. For example, 1kg of chickpeas is 3 euros while 1kg of lentils is only 2.

I would swap beans for the TVP in the pasta. Just check cronometer to make sure.
The bars aren't really possible without TVP. Maybe you can find it online?
Nutritional yeast was mainly important for the B-vitamins.

For chickpeas and lentils, yes:

For chickpeas, a can of 240g (410g with the water) is €1; €4,16 per kilo. 500g of dry chickpeas is €1,50; €3 per kilo.
For lentils, a can of 265g (400g with water) is €1; €3,77 per kilo. 500g of dry lentils (red or green) is €1,-; €2 per kilo.

I haven't checked for other beans, since I pretty much only eat lentils, chickpeas and soy products for beans.
The confusion came from the dry beans I saw originally being organic; dry organic lentils are €4 per kilo.
We're still buying canned beans though, because we are way too lazy to go through the cooking process.

Unbelievably, the only soy beans I can find in supermarkets cost €11,37 per kilo. That's non-organic soybeans.

Nope, I don't even think there is a Dutch word for it. I could order it from the UK, but the shipping costs would make it too expensive for me to bother.

Chickpeas are slow, but I suggest you at least buy lentils dry, because they cook much more quickly and don't need to be soaked.

They don't? The package says you need to soak them for four hours.
Are there any notable nutritional differences between red, brown and green lentils?

Greger says it's red lentils, but I have no idea what he measured it by.

It's a lie. Lentils will cook soft without soaking. :)

Probably antioxidants, from the red pigments.
