Which Mushrooms Are Healthiest?

I enjoy eating mushrooms from time to time, and they make a nice addition to a stew, however I mostly eat sliced white mushrooms. I've had a Portobello Mushroom burger but it wasn't quite prepared right.

I haven't had any other types of mushrooms since I'm not quite sure how to cook them. Which mushrooms are healthiest? Are white mushrooms healthy at all or neutral?

I doubt that these mushrooms are popular anywhere except in our countries of Eastern Europe

Oyster mushrooms.
Shiitake mushrooms.
Just normal field large mushrooms.
Ordinary buttontype mushrooms.

Definitely want to try more tho
