If you want, you can help by listing the changes that need to be made in order of priority.
Like, do you want the posts in a thread changed first, or the forum list in the directory?
Or maybe the font colors in the header bar? Or should I remove the rounded edges from things first?

Give me a list of the most important things.
Are you already (still?) working on a new design for the forum? Because I was about to offer just that. I could work on some CSS/graphics on the side if you're too busy.

Thanks, that would be great if you're up to it!

I was trying to find a style with a dark option and that works well on mobile. We have a lot of mobile users, but also a high bounce rate from mobile because the forum is hard to use.

In the top right you can see a style selector, there's one I installed called pycode that I was going to modify.
If you have any other suggestions, that'd be great too.

If you want to go ahead, please feel free to make a thread and link to some mockups.

Looks like it's exactly what you're looking for.

Yeah, I've been using the pycode theme but it still looks way too much like the default phpbb theme for my tastes :p

Alright, I'll do that when I have time!

Looks like it might be a hassle with extension compatibility, though.

What extensions are you using?
And which version of phpBB is the forum running on?

Quite a few, currently STOP FORUM SPAM, CONTACT BOARD ADMINISTRATION, PRIME LINKS, AUTHORIZED FOR URLS, BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS, PRECISE SIMILAR TOPICS, and QUICK STYLE

And I like the flexibility to add extensions with them working with the style naturally.

3.2
We're usually just a little behind the latest stable release.
