5. Replace the imperial system with the metric system

1. Basic income
2. Greenhouse gas tax* that feeds into the basic income
3. Massive deployment of nuclear power in order to get the US to have a 0 carbon energy grid in 15 years at most.
4. Implementing a scientific policy development program, where proposed policies are tested at small scale before national implementation
5. Huge electoral reforms.**

*Which would include meat, methane would be costlier than Co2.
**Not exactly sure of the specifics, but it would certainly include getting rid of gerrymandering and first past the post voting.

Agree with all of these, especially No.5. I would probably implement a Proportional Representation system like the one they have in Germany.
