Here is a "would you rather?" question I have thought for vegans.
Would you rather...
Everyone else turned vegan, but you have to personally kill and eat 10 individual animals every day
...or...
Everyone except for you was a meat eater?
Please give an answer and leave your own would you rather questions if you wish.

Option one, obviously. I'd be saving billions a year while killing only a few thousand. I'd feel bad doing it, but my emotions are not the most important thing in the world.

Option one. Look at who is gonna have to add insects to the menu. Or maybe zooplankton?

Carnist: Kills animals and then takes from their bodies
Vegetarian: Takes from animals' bodies, and then kills them when they are no longer profitable
Vegan: Avoids unnecessary harm to animals as much as is possible and practicable

Option one, sea sponges are animals (porifera) with no cephalization..better 10 a day(3650 a year or 3660 in a leap year) of that than billions a year of fully sentient animals.

Oh dear, I see you have found a way to get around this question. Well now I will make it be heat up.
Would you rather...
a) Everyone went meat eater except you
or
b) Everyone turned vegan, except for you, and you have to kill and eat all your family (wife/husband, children, mother, father, relatives, etc), all of your pets, and once you have done that - 50 adorable animals that you have to look in the eye before you kill.
Tough one, I would go with a, because I am a selfish.

Re: A "would you rather?" question for vegans
Well, if I picked option B then I would have to kill every single other human, as we are all related and this fits in to the "relatives, etc" part of your challenge. After doing that, there would be no-one to enforce the 50 adorable animals clause, and the world would be a much healthier eco-sphere.

I don't agree with that.Sapphire Lightning wrote:Well, if I picked option B then I would have to kill every single other human, as we are all related and this fits in to the "relatives, etc" part of your challenge. How about choose option B, then have an "accident" on the way to fulfilling your duties. Everybody is vegan now, and nobody else has to die.

Option B. I get to kill my relatives and blame this pact I made. Then I renege on the bargain and don't kill the adorable bunnies and kitties. Who's going to make me? Everyone else in the world will be a vegan.
