Dairy Farmers in California are beginning to replace grazing land to almond groves. Sales in almond milk have risen by 4.2 percent while low-fat milk plummeted by 13 percent. Now I am not expecting anything dramatic like stopping milk producing all together. But, this is a step in the right direction.
