I feel like we've had this kind of topic before, but anyway, in no alphabetic order:
- CGP Grey & CGP Grey 2
- Chris Stuckmann (my go-to place for movie reviews)
- Extra Credits (great show about game design)
- GoT Academy (two Israelian vegans, of which one a journalist and the other a historian, analyse Game of Thrones)
- Kurzgesagt / In A Nutshell
- Lindybeige (geeky historical weapons stuff)
- Nerdwriter1
- RedTeamReview
- Screen Junkies
- Smarter Every Day
- Talks at Google
- TED
- The Rubin Report
- The School of Life (philosopher Allain de Botton)
- TVA
- Tom Scott (insightful videos about random interesting stuff)
- TotalBiscuit (game reviews, podcasts and rants)
- Unnatural Vegan
- Veritasium (physics and chemistry videos)
- Vlogbrothers
- Vsauce &Vsauce3

I don't really watch any channels anymore. I've grown tired of Channels like I Hate Everything and most animations on YouTube. I actually just finished clearing out my subscriptions box. Note, if you don't watch a channel, don't bother being subscribed to it in the first place if you're bored of it's content.
Anyway here are my personal favourite:
Mathologer
PhantomStrider
that's it
