Jebus wrote:What now? Why would that be? Are you suggesting that people who spend more time challenging the beliefs of the irrational are more likely to become irrational compared to those who don't?
I don't think that's the right way to frame it.

They challenge mainstream irrational views, which requires them to be very open to mainstream views being wrong.
They could get caught up in thinking society is so wrong that they question things society is right about.
Jebus wrote:Solution to what? What is exactly is the problem? It is not either rational or irrational. It goes along a spectrum, and guess what: although not all vegans and all atheists are above the rational average, vegans are on average more towards the rational end than the non-vegans and atheists are on average more towards the rational end than theists.
I'm not sure what you mean.

The problem is that dogmatism/pseudoscience/etc. are so prevalent in veganism, and that it makes veganism look crazy to potential future vegans.

How do you define anarchism, and why do you think it makes sense?

I don't recall saying I advocate all of their philosophies. I do agree with their belief that people shouldn't be ranked one above the other, for example.

Ok, but what exactly does that mean, in practice? How does this society function? Can you actually explain it?

So no central authority? How does anything get done? How does this work?

I'm not sure why you're asking me. Try asking an anarchist.

You've said very favorable things about it and implied you are one.

Why would you say that if you aren't an anarchist? That topic wasn't about anarchism.
