In so far as there are theists who will not easily convert, and can be better reached by a religious message.

I'm talking about people like this: http://www.chefmarkanthony.com/

That guy travels the country, going to churches, and teaching vegan cooking and he has a biblical perspective on veganism which appeals more to the audience.

And maybe groups like this: http://www.all-creatures.org/cva/default.htm

If a theist is not a vegan, yes. If the person rejects a rational vegan message, and religion is the reason, then dismantle it.

If the theist is a vegan, and using divine command or biblical explanations, then I would say, "it depends".
I would ask how effective that person is to vegan outreach.

If we're talking about the average Christian vegan who is not doing effective outreach and isn't reaching Christians specifically, then sure: Go ahead and dismantle the religion, assuming the person says he or she will remain vegan if you do. You can see my discussions with AlexanderVeganTheist on this forum, and how I went into that first.

As atheists, and people who have a rational and scientific world view, most people will ultimately be better activists because they are better informed. That doesn't mean advertising the fact that they are atheists, but actually believing in a religion is rarely useful unless the person makes a career out of advocating veganism to that religious group. This is particularly true on the internet.

Not for long.
However, the message should still be out there for theists.
Cirion Spellbinder wrote:Does that mean you think The Vegan Atheist should stop making atheism videos? Is there something I'm missing?
As far as I know, TVA mainly attracts meat eating atheists and religious people to the channel through his atheist videos.
