That's pretty bad. Brains are, I think, the highest cholesterol "food" there is.
There are some non-canned cured meats (like ham and bacοn) that are probably worse, though. Not as far as cholesterol count though, but in terms of additives (though that example contains
sodium nitrite , so it may be cured somewhat?).

Yep, they're the only 'foods' with more cholesterol than eggs.
