I've never had a wheatgrass shot, not once in my life. What's in it–is it just straight up wheatgrass juice? I absolutely love wheatgrass with apple juice or soymilk–it's a staple in most veg-restaurants here. I also quite like spirulina, though I very rarely drink it. I don't think it has a strong flavor or smell, but I'm based in North Borneo and we do drink quite a lot of herbal tea, I may have developed a taste for it.

As I have a special juicer for vegetables I did lots of experiments with different fresh, smoothies and juices and I may say it will taste as an ordinary vegetable juice. As for me, you may try it yourself if you have a juicer, but if I were you I won't buy such a juice somewhere as I'm sure it doesn't cost its money.
