Daily Dozen App : Exercise Crisis

Post by catmanmugdho »

I have been using Daily Dozen App by Nutritionfacts .org and it is really helpful. But the 60 minute vigorous-intensity activity or 90 minute moderate-intensity activity seems really hard for me to maintain regularly. I have found a 7-mintue workout plan that is very popular. Is there anyway i can use it instead of VIA or MIA ?

You can do HIIT if you want to save time, but you will need at least 15 minutes.
How to become vegan in 4.5 hours:
1.Watch Forks over Knives (Health)
2.Watch Cowspiracy (Environment)
3. Watch Earthlings (Ethics)
Congratulations, unless you are a complete idiot you are now a vegan.

What works better for most people is spacing activity out and integrating it into daily habits. Walking while you're on the phone, doing a few squats while on the elevator (or taking the stairs instead), just generally doing small things when you can.
