Eisel's court case against Durianrider over?

Eisel wrote:Durianrider has never had a defense lawyer appear in court, but the Thai system takes very seriously his status of "innocent until proven guilty"; it seems to me that the paperwork process needed just to arraign Durianrider will end in failure —and it is a process that involves both the Thai government and the Australian government. :-/ It is a very dissatisfactory "conclusion", but the last time I was in the courtroom myself, the judge handed down a guideline from Thailand's supreme court, stating, "If you don't go through this checklist-process, in cooperation with the Australian embassy/government, then the trial is illegal and violates the defendant's rights". In a very indirect sense, I do blame the political "disarray" in Thailand (these last few years have been… very… disarrayed). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_general_election,_2018
Looks like Thailand was a mistake in the end :/ Just got to hope Anna Scanlon fair's better at setting some minor precedent in the US like H3H3 did.

Well, Eisel could keep trying, and get whatever he needs from Australia, but I think it was a mistake in the beginning, since Durianrider isn't a citizen there. He's done anyway; his presence on youtube is falling apart as is the last of his cult following.

Anna is suing in a jurisdiction that has authority over Charles. She has a much better chance of a trial and favorable ruling.
