Vegan street activist and youtuber OGMizen has suffered a tragedy, his baby Theo has just passed away. If you can send some solidarity their way, just leaving a comment on their video or helping towards funeral costs, I’m sure it’d be really appreciated ---- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYymiMW4k3A ----- Paypal at: o.g.mizen@hotmail.co.uk ---- Patreon at: https://www.patreon.com/OGMizen

That is terrible news. How old was he? Did OGMizen say he lost another before too? :(

I'll pin this for a bit. I hope everybody will express their support to him. I'm trying to think of what to say because there really aren't any words.

Sorry to hear about this. I'll happily throw a few bucks their way.
Edit: The Patreon link isn't working. NonZero, can you try reposting it please?

I fixed it, he missed the https://www. so it was trying to link on this server.

OG seems like a good guy. I don't totally agree with his politics, but I think he's one of the good voices for a friendly and pragmatic vegan advocacy. This kind of tragedy is basically the worst thing in the world, and all the more tragic happening to such a great person who was going to be a great dad.

Not sure, 6 months maybe and yes, just awful.

I think just the number of people taking time to reach out is big, I just said "you know what is right for you at this time," and he has family around which is the main thing, what you wrote is authentic, which is great.

Same, and topping it all off Inmendham spreading his vile that he would have done on any other day with any other baby, but timing up with Theo's passing.

That guys is so disgusting. These radical anti-natalists are scummy on the best of days, but when something like this happens...

Was it a coincidence, or did he know (I clicked the link, but saw it was him and just clicked around and didn't watch the video)?

No there's no way he would have known, but 1 in every 3000 are cot deaths, their scummyness was bound to coincide with this sooner or later. Should wait to know OG is back and recovering through all stages of grief, but this guy really needs taking down and his ideas totally discredited.

Okay, I am now donating 4 bucks a month on Patreon! It's not much, but it's good to be altruistic.

Really cool Red, I just did a one off donation to their paypal because figured it would go in straight away, but you can keep up with them on patreon which is nice.

Btw Brim I forgot he's got 3 year old Eva which must be carrying them through to a degree.

If/when the time's right I really feel like funneling some of this energy into tactfully breaking down inmendhums whole shtick, as well as anti-natalism in the vegan community in general as an advocacy/ethical issue for a video, started cataloguing anyways:

Great! I agree. This stuff is probably the only fringe worse than the vegan Nazi stuff... and much less of a fringe, so it's probably more damaging.
