For lunch I had this "burger" with boring ass potatoes (joking, potatoes never get old). I have this basil lactofermented tofu that I like to make salad with, so today instead I had the idea to grind it with pine nuts to make vegan pesto. With dried tomatoes on top of it, it's really good.

Somebody gave this to my brother (as I gift, I think), and he's giving it to me. :D

I don't know what the hell is actually in it, but it's labeled vegan...
It also says so on their website, but it'd be nice if they put up their actual ingredient list...

Weird. Yeah, I'm not so sure I'd eat that despite its assurances. Why are they weird colors?

Some ingredients in their FAQ:
cornandco[dot]com/about-us/faq/

Yeah... I wouldn't eat it. Give it to somebody?
But first, use a sharpie to block out the company name and website info. Don't need to be giving them free advertising.

I hate crap like this. They make junk food, and then try to give it a health halo by calling it Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten-free, etc.
Disgusting company.
It's just empty calories, starch and saturated fat.

Don't forget sugar. ;)

They smell like Fruit Loops.

Not sure why you linked that though?

That sounds absolutely disgusting.

They mention coconut and sunflower(I think) oils, and some of their ingredients. But as you said, not all. That makes them less trustworthy in my book, if ingredients are neither on the bag nor online. I'm not even entirely sure that's legal...

If the bag has not been sold, it may be. But how do they avoid listing their ingredients when they're selling the shit?

You think that sounds bad? Some of the popcorn is, apparently, sour.

Yeah, there's no way to confirm the popcorn is even vegan. There aren't any ingredient lists available, and if I call they can just tell me whatever the hell they want.

I don't know if it was purchased or not; my brother got it as a gift... But I don't see how it couldn't have been purchased.
