Question about vegan beer in Bulgaria

Post by RaphaelNormie »

Hello!
This question is for Bulgarians or any one who can answer:

I'm going on a ski trip next week, and I would like to know if beer in pubs in Bulgaria are vegan? If some are, how can I tell which is?

Thanks in advance!

I posted this in the other thread:
There will probably be some Greek beers available there:
http://www.barnivore.com/beer?region=Greece
Or possibly even Russian ones:
http://www.barnivore.com/beer?region=Russia
Depending on where. Depending on the bar, there will probably also be some international imports from Germany, etc.
Just ask for their imports list, and you can use Barnivore to check on them.

Aside from British beer, most traditionally made beers are likely to be vegan.

You can try calling ahead to some bars in the area if you speak the language to ask about their selection.
If it's a tourist area, you're likely to find a LOT of imports. People aren't always excited to be forced to give up a taste of home when they go on vacation.

No problem.

You can call around to the producers too, you may be able to help add some to the barnivore list.
