What/ When do we eat ?

I was looking around, maybe i missed something. i would love to see pictures of your food, what you eat and all, maybe there is something i did not tried. !?

I will post some pictures of what i made.

fried potatoes paste with mushrooms (cheese or whatever you want to put with it) optional.

Since i love chinese foods, i also mix various recepies - rice noodles or just mosly rice with mushrooms, red beans and other vegetables and sortiments.

What kind of oil do you fry in there? I hope you aren't eating too much fried food. While delicious, even fried potatoes aren't very good for us :)

I don't have pictures of my food, but I'm sure some others have taken pictures of their creations. I'll move this to veg. support forum.

I am eating fried potatoes maybe once a week, the oil i use in my country is from sunflower. I also change the oil after 2 in a row :D

Eating fast. - If i do not have much time, i mostly make rice noodles or just plainly white rice...mixing sometimes with mushrooms

If you do not have time, what do you eat?, or what are you preparing..is ordering better than cooking for yourself ?

Mushrooms are good for B vitamins, but that meal has not enough protein. Have you considered adding in some nuts, or peanuts? Those can be good for when you don't have a lot of time, but need some nutrition. Rice is mainly just providing carbohydrates.

For me, I will go to wheat products, which have more protein than rice. Usually noodles or bread. Canned beans, if you don't have time to cook, can be another good option.

Yea, they taste great. The best fake meat product I've found. They're a bit expensive, around $5

Hadn't actually looked at the nutritional data. They have more fat than I expected, but they don't taste greasy

Their website is only in Swedish :P
Kolhydrat= carbs. The rest should make sense

I love rice noodles but i very dislike bread. I also buy canned beans and try to get as many as different, the same goes with rice.

As for mixing i seldom eat peanuts or nuts, and when i do eat them, i eat them without cooking them. I love seeds instead and do mix them when i cook like caraway and sesame.

Here i found some vegetable type of ”burgers” but are not named burgers but ”fantasies” and they contain legumes, as pease, carrots, soia, corn, wheat, cornflakes, onions, etc after they fry in about 3 minutes these are quite delicious.

There's a place near my aunt's house that makes similar ones, and they're delicious. They're bigger than those ones though. I'll take a photo whenever i can.

I'm a student so I try to eat as healthy as I can without spending too much money. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures but my usual diet is something like this:

Breakfast: oatmeal, rice milk, peanuts and some dehydrated berries

Lunch: whole grain pasta, fresh vegetables (tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli), a tea spoon of (uncooked) extra virgin oil and an orange

snack: vegetables, peanuts, whole grain bread etc

Dinner: something like a whole grain taco, kidney beans, hummus and vegetables or bean soup with kale or baked (sweet) potatoes and beans etc.

I drink a lot of tea, use a lot of spices and eat two spoons of flax seeds a day. I also don't use oils to cook.

I occasionaly do eat some fries/pizza/junk food, but 90% of the time I eat pretty clean.
