Soylent?

So, soylent was not vegan before but today I saw it is. I find it quite an appealing concept since I am not somebody who likes cooking or eating large meals. Apparently it tastes like a thick soymilk, which I guess I would quite like. Any thoughts on soylent? Would a diet high in soylent, or even existing entirely of soylent be healthy?

I would imagine some variation, for example mixing in different kinds of berries or vegetables for diversity. would be both more healthy and more tasteful. Of course this could be easily done with a blender.

Soylent is overpriced, and probably lacking generally in antioxidants and phytonutrients, so I wouldn't recommend it.

It may be nutritionally adequate, but that's a low bar.

A blender could be a good way to make something close, but you'd need to do some work on the ingredients that went into it. And it wouldn't be bland like soylent.

You'd want something like black bean tempeh, broccoli sprouts, and hemp seeds as the base to get something simultaneously cheap and healthy. It would taste pretty strong and earthy. At that point, though, I wouldn't want to blend it all up; I'd just make a wrap or something. Granted, blending can enhance digestion since chewing is usually less than thorough, so if you don't care about eating it's probably the way to go.
