I kinda like the Vegan blog and cookbook combo. I know many people don't like it either because the authors use cursewords, or else because the authors and white and stepped outside their racial boundaries, but the recipes are pretty simple and varied. They taste pretty good as well, have any of you ever heard of Thug Kitchen?
To be honest, I rarely hear about this cookbook from the community.

People tend to jump to conclusions of racism without evidence, when it's probably just a marketing thing. If you like the recipes, it sounds like it's doing its job.

I have not made too many of them, but this grilled romaine hearts with avocado lime dressing just makes my mouth water thinking about it http://www.thugkitchen.com/grilled_roma ... e_dressingbrimstoneSalad wrote:People tend to jump to conclusions of racism without evidence, when it's probably just a marketing thing. I also want to try out the Fresh Herb Potato Salad.
