If I buy something and in the ingredient it's written : May contain milk or may contain eggs is it still good?

Mhm, that just means it's manufactured in a place with those things.

I actually like to see that because then I don't have to check the ingredient list for milk/eggs. It's like a shitty vegan label.

You shouldn't worry about it. The wrong thing is not eating something, it is increasing the demand for it. By accidentally consuming some milk you're not increasing the demand for it.
