Can certain foods reduce abdominal fat?
There are lots of claims that eating, for example, blueberries will help you lose belly fat. This sounds to me like a big lie but I am unable to find any articles debunking the claim. I know that it is impossible to exercise in a way that helps one reduce fat faster in one part of the body, but can certain foods localize a fat burn???
How to become vegan in 4.5 hours:
1.Watch Forks over Knives (Health)
2.Watch Cowspiracy (Environment)
3. Watch Earthlings (Ethics)
Congratulations, unless you are a complete idiot you are now a vegan.

Re: Can certain foods reduce abdominal fat?
I think the more important question is whether there are any peer review articles really supporting the claim.
It's quite an extraordinary claim, that a food could localize fat burn. I don't believe it, but I'd be open to evidence if I were to be shown some.
