Beyond Meat

Really different from most other vegan meat options; I'm not sure how I feel about the nutrient profile, since it's so low in fiber, but it really has to be to be so high in protein gram per gram (really high protein content).

Anybody tried it?

It certainly looks interesting. I might try it out. Is this one of those vegan products that pretends to be healthy because it's vegan and organic?

No, actually it's fairly low calorie, and even relatively low sodium. The organic stuff is silly, but it's fairly decent in comparison to some.
It doesn't have much fiber in it, because it's mostly protein. That said, isolated protein is of course not ideal (beans are better).

This is healthier than meat, and more targeted toward meat eaters, or vegans who miss meat, I think.
I tried it mainly to be able to recommend it to others. It hits the mark much closer than tofu or most other vegan products. Close to seitan, but it's wheat free (which is legitimately important to celiacs, and to some other people for some reason I'm more dubious of).

I can say, half the package filled me up pretty well (it took a while to kick in, because it's pretty dense).

Huh. Interesting. I do eat some mock meat in my diet. Would it be a good idea to replace it with this, keep the mock meat as is, or completely replace it with veggies and fruits? I'm trying to transition to eating better to be a good vegan example and a sentient reference to why veganism is healthier if planned correctly.

Actually, I need a lot of help with my diet. If I start a thread would anyone be willing to help me? Currently it's very unplanned and random and I'd like to give it order.

I suggest you try mock meats, and be aware of what is available so you can refer others to them who eat or are hooked on meat to help them quit or consider quitting.

Mock meats aren't a regular part of my diet. Beans are better. But it's good to use them some times if you're having company or something.
