Hey everyone

Post by Catbert33 » Wed Jun 26, 2019 7:32 am

I’ve been a vegetarian for four years now in order to help me deal with disordered eating patterns (a way to restrict eating which isn’t harmful to myself). I’ve started to learn more about the ethics and health reasons for becoming a vegan and am working on doing that in a way that is appropriate for me. Hoping to find a community that can help me with this path 🤗

Hey Catbert welcome to the forum!
Health reasons are great ones for going vegan. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Welcome Catbert, I've heard of that working before: where a focus on ethics distracts from a harmful eating disorder.

We have a recent related thread here with tips: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5269

I hope you like it here!
