How much B-12 do you take?
Vitamin D just comes from the sun, and sometimes mushrooms or fortified foods.
Of course, the sun can cause cancer, so it's best not to stay too long in the sun without sunscreen... and sunscreen will reduce vitamin D. So the best is to wear sunscreen and take a supplement to be sure.

I dont know:), in pharmacy told me to put under tongue 1 in a day:). How much dosage I have to use?
Yesterday I ate lentils, and I feel good:)
That's great! Maybe lentils are no problem for you.
The dosage of B-12 should be 25 mcg to 100 mcg a day. That's micro grams.
