Hello guys,
Hope you're having a pretty good day. I have much to improve upon in my abilities to talk to other people about veganism, so I have ended up here in a hopeful mood . Philly has some good vegan eateries like blackbird pizza, bar bombon, and dottie's donuts, but the vegan population is pretty low! Let's take one step at a time to keep progressing the logical discussion of veganism among vegans and non vegans alike!

Swayze foster and cowspiracy for sure. I was never into the gory details of earthlings, nor do I ascribe to the health guru lifestyles of forks over knives, but I can 100% appreciate the ethical implications of eating meat, and I understand the nutrition pros and cons of veganism. What inspired you to be vegan, brimstoneSalad?

Heya Regime, definetly funny handle, welcomes, hope you like it here

Which was most focused on factory farming, but what they said about cow's milk really upset me which I distinctly remember taking their advice to look up other sources and found what I decided was the only ethical product, ahimsa milk, but after being told it was too expensive to buy, I think I'd read enough PETA articles and such to just go cold turkey.
Funny memory anyways, they were the days when small youtubers like Thunderfoot ruled the roost, and you could find any little small production like this on first searching, before all the big brand commercial stuff came in.
I've answered this before as an environmentalist youth rebellion against farming, fox hunting friends at my school, who I was in arguments with over meat, growing up vegetarian, and the climate camp I went to at 16, protesting open cast coal mines served only vegan food, so got into discussions there and read lots of material. But it's great that youtube channels today can be that inspiration, which made me suddenly remember I did start watching videos on youtube which probably helped me go vegan, one of them being:

Welcome! You came to the right place for this purpose.Regime wrote: βMon Jun 19, 2017 8:50 pm have much to improve upon in my abilities to talk to other people about veganism, so I have ended up here in a hopeful mood
Is Philly still the fattest city in the U.S? If so, it might be the fattest city in the world. It might be worth it focusing on the health benefits of veganism when promoting the vegan message.
How to become vegan in 4.5 hours:
1.Watch Forks over Knives (Health)
2.Watch Cowspiracy (Environment)
3. Watch Earthlings (Ethics)
Congratulations, unless you are a complete idiot you are now a vegan.

That's great! I never had exposure to videos like that (I'm probably one of the older members), I'm glad they exist now to help people. For me it was ethics, I can't say it happened quickly.
