Is Breakfast A Waste of Time?

I stopped eating breakfast on weekdays a long time ago, and it just makes my life so much easier, allowing me to wake up later, and leave faster. I'll eat breakfast on weekends and on vacations, but other than that, I will avoid eating breakfast. Is this bad? And am I missing out on any nutritional benefits?

There's no evidence that I know of that breakfast is important in any way as long as you're getting in your calories and nutrients with other meals. You could even still eat three meals, just not breakfast (or rather, technically lunch is your breakfast).

A large portion of the population skips breakfast, so if there were anything significantly wrong with it we would *probably* be able to determine that. Differences would have to be pretty small.

Healthcare triage did a video on the subject, might give more insight.
