She has spoken up to excuse the military by saying half the villages remain! And protesting the assembly by staying home. The UN gave her a peace prize for being in prison so long, it was a nice gesture but its comparable to Obama getting one for being the first black president, it's rewarding milestones in history more than the actions of the person. If Mandela had gotten out of prison and stood by while Zulus were massacred (he didn't) I wouldn't want him getting the peace prize either.
There are connections to North Korea here as I understand.

That's pretty ridiculous, but if half remain and are not being attacked, maybe there's no plan to attack them?
The military may be acting on certain intel. I don't know.

I'm not saying I'm closed minded to it being genocide. It's horrible either way. I don't think genocide makes the body count any better or worse.
Really, how so?
Military connections, possibly nuclear arms deals?
