Has a good golf swing. 3.7/10

If the circumstances make it such that you can't fuck a man in the ass, then just peckerslap him. Better to let him know who's in charge than to let him get the keys to the car.

I know very little about him other than that he features prominently in the film "Donnie Darko" and when I google him most of his policies when he was running for President in 1988 are reasonable. He would definitely have been better than George H.W. Bush who did terrible things as President. 5/10

Probably wouldn't have been a great President, but still should have been President due to the fact that he won the popular vote. 3/10

Sensible science policies but don't agree with him on much else. Would rather Bernie for Democratic nomination. 3.5/10

Since we've allowed forum members to be rated (and since it's my thread), I'm going to allow fictional characters as well:

My rating of Dukakis has now changed to 10/10. Strongly agree with him on capital punishment. He had the courage to stand up for progressive principles and Massachusetts achieved a great period of economic growth when he was governor. He reminds me of Ed Miliband in that he had good policies but lost the election because of a photograph.
