In this game, you will be given a famous person to rate (They can be alive or dead) and told to rate them, giving your thoughts and marking them out of 10. Then, you will give a famous person you want rated.
I will start:
Winston Churchill

5 because I only know good things about them, but there was still a British Empire while he was alive, so he’s probably secretly evil.
Stephen Hawking

A truly brilliant man! A genius and as well as that a brilliant socialist who fought to protect the NHS from privatisation.
There are a few things I disagree with him on. He was somewhat critical of Jeremy Corbyn and his idea that "philosophy is dead" and has been rendered obsolete by modern science is also something I disagree with him on. However, these are not anything to change my overall rating of this wonderful man which is 10/10.
Genghis Khan

Great military leader, but kind of a genocidal dick. Invaded countries and made Mongolia a world power, and killed plenty of innocents in the process. 9.8/10
Michael Rosen

1.5
Tried to make serious points about environmentalism, but personally has a carbon footprint equivalent to a small suburb. Tries to justify that with the bullshit "I pay carbon offset" excuse. Plus his documentary was highly flawed, and likely led many people to take environmentalism less seriously.

Goes without saying that he should get a 10/10. An utter genius whose ideas would have benefited mankind on an unimaginable scale had he had free rein to fulfil them. It angers me very much that people still admire Thomas Edison when he screwed Tesla over and took credit for other peoples' ideas.
Tesla ought to have been nicer to Einstein though.
John Quincy Adams

Definitely one of the most eminent minds in American history. Had great foreign policy accomplishments as a diplomat and secretary of state, and had great plans for America when he became President. Unfortunately, he was blocked by Jackson's friends in Congress, so he wasn't able to carry out his American system. Although he lost the popular vote, he was a better candidate than Jackson, who only won because he was a war hero.
Not to mention that Quincy, as both President and Representative, paved the way to the abolition of slavery in the coming years. 9.9/10.

Hmm.
I would have said 7.4, but since he deliberately inserted himself into an internet based rating system, I'm dropping it to 3.1415927.
Smart guy, funny, definitely intelligent, but seems to have a chip on his shoulder about how intelligent he is. Uses sarcasm so often it's impossible to tell when he's being serious.
Seems most likely to either have a career in sciences making seven figures, or to be the guy at GameStop that won't shut up about minutia in an obscure role playing game.
