No doubt he was a great song writer but isn't that off topic?

Well, just like McCartney Lennon had an extensive solo career after the Beatles. It'd be rather weird to give McCartney, awesome as he is, credit for Imagine.

McCartney is a amazing though. And he's a vegetarian with a vegan daughter, so bonus points.

I thought we were discussing singers. I don't mind discussing song writers but that should be a separate thread.

Well, it asks bands/singers, so it's basically just asking for your favourite artist.

Perhaps the OP can clarify, but if it was intended to be favorite bands/artists then why doesn't it say so. Also, the direction of the thread was heading towards favorite singers.

Besides Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, Hail to the King is my least favourite A7x album. It was decent hard rock/heavy metal, but there wasn't anything I found above average about it. Which is your second favourite from A7x?

My second favourite band which is nearly neck-and-neck with Blind Guardian for first place is Sigh. Here's how I would rank their albums.

1.Imaginary Sonicscape - 9.9/10
2.Hail Horror Hail - 9.9/10
3.In Somniphobia - 9.75/10
4.Graveward - 9.5/10
5.Gallows Gallery - 9.510
6.Scenes from Hell - 9.5/10
7.Scenario IV: Dread Dreams - 9.0/10
8.Infidel Art - 8.75/10
9.Scorn Defeat - 8.5/10
10.Ghastly Funeral Theatre - 8.5/10
11.Hangman's Hymn - 8.5/10

1. I disagree but respect your opinion on hail to the king
2. I only really litsen to 4 songs: shepherd of fire, fiction, carry on, not ready to die
