That's better, although a bit predictable you'd go this route, it's nonetheless acceptable.

As for the tune itself, I'm sure it's from some older comedy movie/skit, but I think I remember originally hearing it in The Simpsons. It fits well as background/theme music for something like that but isn't all that interesting to me in itself. 5/10

The theme to it is good. It starts off okay and it gets very good towards the end. I particularly liked the guitar solo.

I think it would have been better without the man singing. I couldn't really understand him and I didn't like his voice. From what I could understand of the lyrics, they seemed unnecessary. The theme already conveys the melancholy in the lyrics and speaks for itself.

Damn, that actually sounded pretty badass. The instrumentals as always were great, and there was some serious vocal talent (even though I couldn't understand what they were saying).

Very upbeat and energetic music. I don't know what this film is about, but from the music it is apparent that the dick figures must be going on an adventure. It is very good music, but what I do not like is the high pitched sounds in it. I don't know what instrument is making them, but the music would be better without it.

It has made me somewhat intrigued to watch the film.

Actually quite a beautiful song. Long, but worth it. 9/10

Heading in the other direction, one of the songs that isn't great, but had an impact on my adolescence. (Simple, but... something about it spoke to me. Probably wouldn't like it if it came out now, though.)

The chorus is catchy in a decent way. The song also has an infectious groove, though it's not all that unique, and sounds fairly run-of-the-mill. There are some decent bluesy guitar parts, the solo is fairly good. Unfortunately this song just isn't my style in general though. The instruments generally weren't interesting to me, the the grooves and percussion were decent. And the vocals were too rough, yet not rough enough for me. I'd personally call them pseudo-tough guy/angsty alt-rock vocals, which I'm not really a fan of, despite the vocal melodies being catchy in a decent way. This wasn't bad, but I didn't enjoy it anymore than a little tiny bit either. 5/10

Nice, slow and steady riffs, accompanied by some pretty badass vocals. As always I can never understand what the guy is saying most of the time, but this is a very enjoyable listen. I also loved the guitar solo in the mid-end of the song. 9.2/10

There are a lot of things I dislike about her vocals. I don't care for the nearly monotone fast talking. Her singing voice has a squeaky/cracky tone to it. The woohoos are obnoxious. The vocal melodies are catchy but generic in a bad way. The instruments just support the vocal lines, so since I don't care for the vocals this song is devoid of any enjoyment to me. I'm just generally not into pop/r&b in general though. This wasn't really bad, just a little annoying to me. 3.5/10

Here's some 00's music I like.
