Do you believe that locally grown food is beneficial? I have read both sides and it seems like it doesn't matter much that it was locally grown. Also if in your answer you could include both locally grown organic and locally grown GMO that would be most helpful.

I don't know if this at all relates to your situation but I had internal foot contusions from running. I visited a physical therapist and they basically gave me a stretching and exercise regimen that I still use and have not had a problem since. I only went 3 times.

Yikes. My parents make me go to one. Should I be concerned? Yes, don't go. Switch to a physical therapist if you think you need it. You could be paralyzed, or even die. It's risk without benefit.
